Adopt a Missionary
2.7 billion people of our generation are still unreached and they
have never heard the good news of
salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. To spread the love of God
many missionaries are being sent
to the mission fields all over the world. Yet more than half of them
will not finish their full
commitment as a missionary due to lack of support. Why
do we need to adopt a Missionary?
Since we are bombarded by our busy lives, it is so easy to lose
perspective on what truly matters.
Caught between all the chaos and craziness of our modern world,
winning souls for Christ could seem
unreal and faraway. One of the last things Jesus said on His earthly
ministry was to, "Go therefore
and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name
of the Father and of the Son and
of the Holy Spirit." (Matthew 28:19)
Our goal is to adopt a missionary
as our very own family, so that we can provide most complete
care and support.
How we can adopt a missionary
Be concerned and pray for them at all
times.
Continue to contribute financially or provide for emergencies with
one time gifts.
Partner with a missionary sending agency to provide maximum care
for the missionary.
Provide excellent support system where overworked missionaries and
their family could come
home on a vacation for their much needed sabbatical time for rest
and restoration.
While on their sabbatical rest, care for family needs like babysitting,
loaning a car,
providing care maintenance, grocery shopping, and communication
support.
Join us in adopting missionaries
